All physical products (such as prints, apparel, and merchandise) are produced and fulfilled by Printful.com, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Production and shipping timelines are managed by Printful and may vary based on product type, order volume, and shipping destination.

 

 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.Processing times may extend during holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays at Printful.

No Liability for Printful Delays

Drawn Conclusions, LLC is not responsible for production or shipping delays caused by Printful, including but not limited to delays resulting from high order volumes, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier issues, or customs processing.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:Notify us within 14 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date) at [your email address].Provide your order details and photos of any damaged items.We will coordinate with Printful to determine a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to Printful’s policies.

 

Lost International Packages

Due to international shipping complexities, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders outside the United States. Drawn Conclusions, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable international packages once shipped. Customers assume the risk of loss for international shipments.
