Refund Policy

At Drawn Conclusions, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality illustration and logo design services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. Due to the customized and creative nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy.
Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for illustration, logo design, and related creative services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to: Deposits or retainers to secure project bookings, partial or full payments made toward projects where work has begun, digital files, artwork drafts, or final deliverables.
Deposits
A deposit (if required) is non-refundable and secures your place in our project schedule. Deposits compensate for time allocated and administrative work performed prior to project commencement.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a Client cancels a project before any work has started, a refund of any amount paid (excluding non-refundable deposits) may be considered at our discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing to drawnconclusionsimaging@gmail.com.
Project Termination by Client
If a Client cancels a project after work has commenced, work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed. Any payments made beyond the value of completed work will not be refunded. No refunds will be provided for work already delivered.
Revisions and Dissatisfaction
We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and provide a specified number of revisions (as outlined in your project agreement). However, dissatisfaction with creative direction or subjective preferences does not constitute grounds for a refund once deliverables have been provided.
Third-Party Services
If merchandise or print-on-demand products are fulfilled through third-party services (Printful.com), their refund and return policies will apply. Drawn Conclusions, LLC is not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements related to third-party products.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to drawnconclusionsimaging@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds (if any) will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days.
